Delivery and Access

Estimated lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. Delivery is by articulated vehicle and the customer is responsible for providing suitable offloading equipment and moving the tank to its final position. Delivery cost is quoted separately.

Installation, Maintenance and Guarantee

The tank must be installed on a level, load-bearing base designed for the combined weight of the tank and its contents. General guidance recommends a suitable concrete, paving-stone or stonework base extending beyond the tank footprint, but larger-capacity installations should be assessed for their specific structural and regulatory requirements.

Installation requirements vary by site, so final siting and installation should follow current regulations and guidance and be completed by a suitably qualified installer.

Steel tanks should be inspected regularly and maintained to protect the coating. Manufacturer guidance recommends periodic repainting with a suitable protective coating, approximately every 18 months.
