Delivery and Access

Estimated delivery is approximately 10–14 days. This tank is normally delivered kerbside using tail-lift offloading, and the customer is responsible for moving the tank from the kerbside delivery point to its final position.

• Delivery is normally advised around 48 hours in advance.
• Standard deliveries are typically Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
• Please ensure suitable access for the delivery vehicle and a safe unloading area.
• Specific-day, AM/PM and HIAB delivery may be available at additional cost.

Installation, Containment and Maintenance

The tank should be installed on a level, load-bearing base suitable for the combined weight of the tank and its contents. General guidance recommends a concrete, paving-stone or stonework base extending at least 300 mm beyond the tank on all sides.

Because this is a single-skin tank, the installer should confirm whether separate secondary containment is required for the location and intended use. Final siting and installation must follow current regulations and guidance and should be completed by a suitably qualified installer.

Steel tanks should be inspected regularly and maintained to protect the coating. Manufacturer guidance recommends periodic repainting with a suitable protective coating, approximately every 18 months.

Do not arrange installation work or a fuel delivery until the tank has arrived and been checked.
