Tuffa Tanks
The following text applies to the Tuffa Branded tank range. List can be found at the bottom of this passage.
If there are any incorrect details on your confirmation please ensure you let us know as soon as possible as this may cause issues with your delivery. If you do not let us know within an acceptable time you will incur extra charges if delivery fails.
Upon delivery please make sure you check your tank over. If you notice any damages please do not accept delivery. By accepting the delivery you are confirming that you are happy with the tanks condition.
All our deliveries are delivered using a Arctic Truck. If a vehicle of this size does not fit, please let us know immediately. Failure to do will incur extra charges if a re-delivery is required on a smaller vehicle.
Everything is curb side delivery and the driver is not required to take to tank any further than this point. All tanks will require the customer to offload themselves. We recommend a forklift or telehandler to offload as tanks are palletised making it easier for these vehicles pickup. If you require offloading we can add this to your delivery but there will be extra charges applied (please speak to sales team for pricing.
